I bring a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to Connie Michelle Consulting & Business Solutions LLC. My background includes a strong foundation in risk management, project management, human resources, operations, and more, garnered from many years of experience working in various industries, including legal, non-profit, small business environments, and behavior health industries as well.

I hold a Master of Arts degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Industrial Organizational Psychology. My professional certifications and training further enhance my capabilities, including being a Certified Professional Project Manager, Certified Human Resource Specialist and a Certified Patient Safety Specialist. I am also an Emergency Management Coordinator with training in Incident Command Systems from FEMA, and I have OSHA 10 training and so much more. Additionally, I am a Notary Public.
